"Contact us for a FREE roof
inspection and estimate!"

Having a HAAG Certified Roofing Inspector could make the difference in getting your claim approved by your insurance adjuster, or being denied completely. Having a HAAG Certified inspector to work with the insurance adjuster on your behalf can prevent many headaches.

First off,our HAAG certified inspector will be open and honest with you about the damage to your roof and house.  If we find there is sufficient enough damage, we can start the claim process with you to make it as hassle-free as possible.  If we determine there isn't enough damage to warrant a claim, we will be open and honest with you as to not waste your time going through the claim process, and giving your roof a clean bill of health.

Second, and possibly most important, we will be there during the inspection with your insurance adjuster to walk them through the damage we found, not just on the roof, but also the collateral damage to:

  • Siding
  • Window wraps
  • Screens
  • Box vents and other exhaust vents on the roof
  • Gutters
  • Other evidence of storm damage such as dents to an air conditioner or other soft metals around the home
  • Like a lawyer, we build a case based on evidence of the storm damage found, and present that case to the insurance adjuster. However, like a judge in a courtroom, the insurance company does have final say. So, metaphorically speaking, you wouldn't want to hire a tax lawyer for divorce court (You're probably not going to get the best settlement).
